Well knowledge is the expertise and skills aquired by a person through experience or education. Where wisdom is the understanding of people,things,events or situations. They seem like the same thing by the look of the definition but, looks can be diseving. If you really think of it wisdom is just the best use of knowledge. - Angela N.-
Knowledge is simply "knowing" information. Wisdom is a deeper form of knowledge- it also involves the maturity and experience necessary in order to implement your knowledge effectively.
Knowledge is something gained from personal experiences. Such as attending class or incidents in one's home life. Wisdom is something of greater proportions. People tend to look at grandparents or other adults as being 'wise'. The wisdom they hold is a collection of events and techniques they have learned through the years (knowledge) which has had time to mature and develop.
Knowledge and wisdom do cioncide, but they are not the same thing. Knowlege is everything any one person may know and it differs from person to person, not one person knows the same as another because no two people have the same brain. Wisdom comes in small amounts, as you get older you get wiser by learning from your mistakes and by living your life. Wisdom and knowledge are acquired by all, and some have more of them than others. Some used knowlege to edge their wisdom along, while others use their wisdom to the fullest to get places in life. That's what I plan to do with my life anyway. Good luck with yours! -Alicia D.-

Knowledge is something you can aquire by reading books listening in class asking people looking it up or doing other forms of hard copy studying. Wisdom is something you obtain threw years of being on this earth and seeing different things or having experiences that others havent had. Knowledge can be given to you but wisdom is shared.

Yet wisdom can only come from past experiences and failures and the ability to learn and move on from those times.
